I'm a former agency owner and marketing strategist with over 25 years experience, working with brands such as Zurich, Hastings Direct, Go Compare, The FA, AXA, Nestle, Sky and DELL along the way. As an agency founder / MD I built two agencies from start-up to 20+ staff and I now support agencies as a mentor and coach, providing valuable insights on the health and efficiency of the business, improving productivity, culture, stress management and growth strategies. I also work with start-ups / scale-ups by helping them to craft their post-funding marketing strategy, and then providing long-term operational support as their marketing team develops in line with the businesses needs. When I get the chance, I really enjoy working with established businesses who are looking to press the reset button on their marketing activity, challenging assumptions, and establishing a solid foundation before developing a long-term strategy.
